Geno is a design-led developer passionate about curating exceptional projects, working with outstanding people and ensuring financial pre-eminence. That passion drives his approach to every project – underscored by comprehensive interdisciplinary knowledge and dogged attention to detail. It’s his vision to create places that enhance the experience of urban environments – places of inherent charm, founded in classic design principles.

He is a highly experienced property executive with uncommon commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to deliver award-winning projects. During six years with Mirvac and more than six with CostaFox – three as an owner and Director – he’s overseen completion of multi-faceted developments in an array of urban settings.

Geno leads by example with a culture built on trust, detail and innovation to deliver places of note that elevate the built environment and leave a legacy of singular quality.

Robert Costa

Robert has vast experience across the property and agricultural industries, having co-founded Australia's largest grower and marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables. As well as his involvement with CostaFox, he is also Managing Director of Costa Asset Management, a prominent Australian company with a large and diverse range of assets across the property and agricultural industries, has been mayor of his hometown Geelong West, and is very involved in various local innovations and performing arts ventures.

Austin Giordano

Austin’s career has stemmed from a construction and design background, having adopted a ‘hands-on approach’ to construction delivery. Beginning his career ‘on the tools’ as a metal fabricator/boilermaker in his late teenage years, he quickly moved into the commercial construction industry in his early twenties. Austin’s strong passion for construction and development became apparent during a six and a half year tenure at Crema Group. Having been mentored by key senior figures in the company across multiple divisions. His continual drive to deliver projects that set a new standard in development quality is very much aligned with CostaFox’s vision for the future.

Anthony Edwards

CORPORATE ADVISOR – STRATEGY & CAPITAL

Anthony is an innovative and forward thinking individual, who employs a considered and guided approach to investments. He is results driven, targeting risk adjusted returns and calculated client-centric solutions.

Anthony’s experience in listed funds management platforms as well as in private investment houses led him to found Balfene, a corporate advisory firm, in 2019. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of M&A, capital structuring and corporate strategy, which enables him to optimise projects, investments and returns.

Anthony is a corporate advisor to CostaFox.

CJ Koay

CJ is a design-led development manager with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional projects from architectural, design management and Development Management capacities.

A registered architect and an accomplished all-rounder across all facets of development life cycle, CJ’s ability to curate and optimise remarkable design outcomes whilst maximising development potential and returns sets him apart from a typical Development Manager.

CJ’s unrivalled attention to detail in ensuring the end users’ experience is always paramount to any decision making truly aligns with CostaFox’s vision.
